Delete your Gubato account

1. Email info@gubato.co with the subject “Delete my Gubato account”.
2. Include the phone number you use to sign in to Gubato, and your full name.
3. To confirm the request is yours, we will send a one-time code to that phone number or reply from our team.
4. We will delete your account within 30 days and email you once it is done.

Email a deletion request

Before deleting, withdraw any wallet balance and let open group orders finish.

• Your profile: name, phone number, email address and photo.
• Group memberships, messages, invites and cart contents.
• Synced contact hashes and your notification and device tokens.
• KYC documents you submitted.

• Payment, wallet and order transaction records, kept for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
• Records needed to resolve an open dispute or prevent fraud, until it is resolved.

Data we keep is not used for marketing.
